What is RECON?

RECON is your personal AI strategy advisor for Last War: Survival. Think of it as a commander who knows the game deeply and is always available to brief you before a session, answer tactical questions mid-game, or help you decide where to focus your time and resources.

You access RECON through your browser at:

recon.knowhirematch.com

It works on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Getting Started

1
Enter Your Name (First Visit Only)
RECON will ask what to call you. Type your name and tap Let's go. It will greet you personally on every future visit.
2
Set Your HQ Level
Tap the HQ dropdown in the top-right corner and select your current level. RECON remembers this automatically — set it once and it sticks.
3
Ask Anything
Type in the box at the bottom and tap Send, or tap the 🎤 mic button and speak your question. RECON responds with advice tailored to your HQ level.
Tip: Your HQ level is the single most important context RECON needs. Every answer gets significantly better when it's set.

Using Your Voice

RECON supports full voice input — especially useful when you're mid-game and don't want to stop and type.

Mic misheard you? Just type a correction in the text box and hit Send. You can always override what the mic captured.

Daily Brief

The Daily Brief gives you a personalized, prioritized action plan for your entire play session in about 60 seconds. Tap 📋 Daily Brief in the sidebar to start.

The Three Questions

RECON asks you three quick questions. Answer by voice or type — whichever is faster.

Voice tip: After each question a 🎤 Tap to speak button appears. Tap it, answer, and RECON moves to the next question automatically.

Review Before Generating

After your three answers, RECON shows a summary screen so you can correct anything before the brief is generated.

Reading Your Brief

The brief appears as an interactive card. Tap the navigation buttons at the top to jump to any section instantly.

SectionWhat it contains
⚡ ImmediateDo these right now before anything else
🏗️ BuildWhat to have in your build and research queues
🔄 DailyRoutine tasks: radar, alliance help, zombies, store
🏆 EventSpecific tasks for any active event
🎯 GoalOne concrete action to advance your stated focus today

Tap any action item to check it off — the text strikes through and the counter updates. Use this to track progress mid-session.

Generating a New Brief

Tap ↺ New Brief at the bottom of the brief card to regenerate. Your previous answers are pre-filled — just update what changed.

What RECON Remembers

RECON automatically saves certain things so you don't have to re-enter them every visit.

WhatHow longNotes
Your nameForeverSet once on first visit
HQ levelForeverUpdates when you change the dropdown
Last brief answersUntil next briefPre-fills the review screen next time
Last 5 messagesUntil next visitRECON picks up roughly where you left off
Note: RECON memory is stored in your browser. If you switch to a different browser or clear your browser data, you'll need to set your name and HQ level again.

Clearing a Session

Tap Clear Session in the sidebar to wipe the current conversation and start fresh. This clears the chat on screen and resets RECON's memory of what was said this session.

Your name, HQ level, and last brief answers are not affected by clearing a session — those persist regardless.
